Annual conference by PGNIG, was dedicated to change processes this year – How to manage a change proces in a responsible way? Indeed, that was an event full of inspiration and fruitful discussions about simply the change.
Progressive Partners crew hold a set of two workshops, that turned to be a practical summary of the topics mentioned during the plenary sessions. We discussed two main challanges pointed out by participant in the servey – fear, defiance, not clear vision, lack of urgency and lack of next steps. Facing and leading the change processes requires a lot of energy and resources but at the same time, we are happy in Progressive Partners to have proved and working approaches and methods torwards them!
